Job Title: Retail Associate

Location: 12B Camden Passage, London, N1 8ED (Angel)

Salary: £15 per hour, non-commissions based

Job Type: Part-time

Days of week: Minimum one weekend day, weekday optional

Join our team at Haut Vintage, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. We’re looking for a passionate and friendly Retail Associate to help create a welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Assist customers in finding products, providing recommendations based on their needs.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.

- Provide knowledgeable insights about clothing construction and fibre content to enhance customer understanding and experience.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of clothing construction and fibres is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

- Must have the right to work in the UK.
